    **UPDATED 6/2/17** After receiving such amazing service the first time I brought my dad with me today to switch to Virgin Mobile and activate his new iPhone. I had called on Monday to see when Felix was going to be working and so I went today, knowing he would be. Again I was not disappointed. My dad isn't tech savvy at all and wanted to switch to Virgin Mobile after I told him how great it was. He did not have a VM account and I knew Felix would be able to help us set it up. He made sure my dad knew all the info he would need and helped us set up his new account with ease. After we paid the first bill to set it up, Felix printed out the receipt so my dad could have a physical copy that also had his basic account info on it. He also wrote down my dads account pin since that was only thing not on the receipt. All in all another awesome experience. I don't like Providence Place but I will happily go back to this Sprint store. *5/28/17 review* I bought a new phone at the Apple Store today at Providence Place. I have Virgin Mobile and knew that I would need to buy a SIM card from VM. The apple guy who helped me was great! Super nice and patient, however he tried to put my old SIM card that was in my SE in my new 7. I knew it wouldn't work and was not surprised when it didn't. He told me to go to the Sprint store near the food court and to ask for help there. I did and that's where Felix comes in. He was awesome. The best. I told him I needed to call VM customer service so I could ask for a new SIM card, my phone just wouldn't let me call them so I was hoping he could. He did so much more - he activated my phone for me! Got it all nicely set up and connected to VM without a single problem. I was worried about whether there would be issues with Virgin and paying my bill etc. He answered my million questions with out hesitation and made sure that I was totally satisfied. He really went above and beyond, and I felt like I was being treated more as a friend than a customer. Truly the nicest service I've had in a long time.
