  Everything about my experience was amazing! The gentleman on the phone who started the whole process was very professional and took the time to understand what I wanted and the layout of my home to know exactly which products to offer. The technician that came to my house, Jimmie, was extremely professional, nice and friendly. He was very thorough in placing all the equipment in my home and showing me how the system worked. He made sure I had the app downloaded on my phone and that I knew all the important information I needed to make sure the system worked properly. He did an outstanding job!! This security system goes above and beyond what I expected. It’s so easy to use and very efficient. I can even see the video from the camera live on the app. I feel so much safer now!
